Question on repairs needed and costs

Hi all,

recently just changed to a 323i convertible, new to BMW, so want to check if the costs quoted to me were reasonable.

ATF change $480

Valve cover gasket replacement $420

Front brake disc X 2 $338

Rear Brake Pad $154 + $17

How often should i change the ATF then? Currently at about 85000km

Any workshops to recommend? Havent settled on any regular one yet.

Every 40000km is the ideal
Expensive to repair.

Also change the gearbox rubber valve seals to ensure no pressure leaks. And smoother shifts
