Possible Road Block / Highway Patrol ECP (towards Changi)

From my window, I see police flashing lights near/around Fort / Tj Katong Exit.

Can't see if it is a roadblock or highway patrol clearly.

Nonetheless, Happy New Year.
If you drink, don't drive.
And avoid driving to drinks.

Also heard from taxi uncle on the way back, he spotted/heard quite a few random roadblocks tonight.

I drive to drink and when I drink I still drive... problem is, my drink is Coffee

I can still go to sleep after a cup, two cup or three cups of kopi... am immune to the effects of caffeine :|
