Not really, they are pretty alright, depends on which SA U speak to though. I don have alot of mods on my car also, usually they are pretty alright. I just had my gearbox replaced under warranty.

R335, assuming you go down to PML, telling them that you hear funny sound coming from your brakes in the morning when you start your drive.
Scenario 1: They notice that you have changed your licence plate lights from stock yellow to white LEB.
=> Unlikely that they will say the sound from your brakes is link to the aftermarket LED lights. Hence they will have to investigate why your brakes have funny sound.
=> Assuming the result is that something is wrong with the car or the brakes and it is their duty to replace the faulty parts, they will do so. In this case your warranty will not be void due to the white LED lights you have installed.
Scenario 2: They notice that you have changed your RFT to aftermarket rims.
=> Well, they can always say that your brakes sound is due to your rims.
=> Result - LPPL.
So it depends on what you have changed and what is your car's problem when you go to PML for warranty claim.
