PML service

Hi all... just something to share about my experience with PML...

Monday went to PML as my sister wants to update the particulars with PML, she was somehow asked to do servicing, then she ok lor... everything was well, till when we got the car....

1. we asked for to help check on spark plugs, as we dun know if the previous owner got do any change or not,
Labour: $55.00 (arent taking out the spark plugs is just a small matter during the servicing? as will need to take out the engine cover and all? )

2. Oil change with BMW "super" 5W40 engine oil.
Charge: $200++ (i was given a left over small bottle put in my car, and guess what... its the same that i had bought at GIANT!!!! @$13.99... i wonder how they derive at $200++ even if my car uses 10 bottles... its only $150...

3. labour cost for all: additional of $100.
they really thought we print money...:errr:

4. finally, something was free i saw on the invoice: CAR WASH >>> $0.00

thinking to myself... LOL...at least i got a free thing from PML.... total damage i received was about $400++ and i only ate like 2 pieces of cakes and drank 2 cups of kopi... sick....

Guys.. just confirmed by me... can all go to giant to buy the BMW engine oil.... as "TOR KOH" using the same.... i later going to giant to buy more...to ease my pain....hahahaaha

Hi. Sorry to hear your experience. What car are you driving and can you check if the PML bottle part number is the same as the Giant one?

haha ... about that price la
my e90 320i also $200+ serviced in pml
outside servicing (4.5L oil + filter) is about $160-$170+ ...
pml is premium ma and you eat 2 cakes + drink 2 coffee leh
so next time eat more cakes and drink more coffee lor ... lol

check you bill ... got kena $10 washer fluid top up or not? wahahaha
