PML Lobang?

Hi Guys,

After testing a few E34 520ia, I sorta of give up. While the cars are big and nice, most of them still feel sluggish as compared when I went to PML to test drive the E90 320, which I felt so confident in it and even when I just passed my license, I dared to overtake most cars on AYE on the account that it was my first time on expressway on a rainy day.

Now the thing is... $129k is the price that one of the sales is giving to me. Can't remember if it's the highline, professional or whatever.

Anyone got a better lobang? And how much does it costs to have an iDrive with local GPS?

I going back this Thu/Fri with my wife, to test drive again. Hopefully get some replies by this few days.

Once I get my bimmer, I will definitely want to go jalan jalan with all of u...

You cannot compare E34 with an E90. Very different. Of course E90 will feel better in every way you described.Technology-wise they are quite far apart. E-throttle vs traditional throttle, lighter vs heavier car, 6-cycl vs 4-cycl in the E90 etc etc....

If you are comparing with old models, maybe an E36 or even E46 will be closer for comparison.

In summary, the differences between the 2 will be

320i Professional:
150 bhp

320i Special:
156 bhp.
No xenon lights and head light washer
No car telephone preparation

Price is the same at $139,800, with a $9,000 installment subsidy.

if the difference is only as per what u have stated, i rather u take the 1st one....difference of 6bhp VS the other options, i rather take the options, the 6bhp can be recouped in other ways anyway

I would prefer the xenon and without the extra 6hp. The $9000/= subsidy is it the cash rebate but higher interest rate at 3.5%(?) ?

hmm... 6 bhp? nobody can tell n u prob cant feel any diff...but with xenon, its obvious! just my 2cents' worth. Good luck my friend...

Hi peter,

u may want to consider a 323 instead, lately there has been pretty a lot of almost new 320 selling at the car mart... I dont really know why but isnt it a little strange!

Maybe it just a coincidence, but still good to check out...

Eh 3.5%? What the SE counted for me was 2.5% interest.

dont get the 3.5 percent loan not worth

actually i sought of calculated this for my friend some time back, if you are staying with the loan for at least 3yrs, the cash back is worth more than the interest that you would have saved had he took the lower interest w/o cash back. of course best is no need to take loan but if do, need to do sums clearly to find out.
