Plan to get 2011 E90

Metta here... have plans to get a 2011 E90.
But also heard alot of horrors about Bimmers...
Still contemplating though.

I have a e90 2011. 325 69,000km.
All good
You just need to check for a few things to be all ok check gearbox if smooth, any steering knocking sounds upon bumps, engine smoothness.
If all ok can buy.

Then Change atf, front control arms, valve cover seals set, pcv hose, ignition coils, spark plugs, water pump and you should be ok. Until 2021. Ten years

That should give you peace of mind

Thinking of getting a E92 335i ... Would it be the same stuff to change?

Yes. 335 are turbos. So
Consider to also check and may need to also change charge pipes, wastegate for turbo cars.
And check vacuum lines for leaks. Pcv too.
