Pin Liang at Zion Rd, any comments??

I am thinking of upgrading my E46 sound system, no sure of what I want now. Maybe some of you can give me some advise. Is Pin Liang at Zion Rd a good shop to go to?

1)quality of work?
2)price?
3)product range?

Considered as one of the big players alongside the likes of hong guan (popular here), dynasty etc. Prices are posted in their website so pretty transparent, altho more ex than the neighbourhood stores. Workmanship is good, QC also good. Seems to focus on mass market so pdt range not the high end kind unless requested or knowledgable.
Boss is nice and helpful... they did rainshield for one of the fellow members and hasnt suffered any leakage.

SEt yourself a budget, ask for recommendations from the reputed shops.
u will go thru a cycle of uncertainty, and if unlucky, may get fleeced for some hardware.
