hi bros-
looking to get new rims.
i understand that the pcd on my car is 120mm (318 sports ed).
can i also use 114.5mm pcd rims?

All BMW models..Old or new PCD is 5-120..

other than that...Wheels can not fit,,

You also have to take care of the Centerbore of the wheels.. which for BMW model is 72.5mm..without a goof fit.. our steering wheels will start to vibrate at 80 ~ 100 KM/H

Probably another thing you'll like to note is the "Offset" which I believe is different between the 3, 5 and 7 series. "Offset" is the deviation of the rim mounting plate (to your wheel hub or drive hub) from the centre of the rim considering its width. Width of the rims are usually depicted as 8J x 18' or 8.5J x 18". Log on to www.tirerack.com for more information of the rims definition.
