Passenger window not closing fully after door closed

hi, mine is a 1 series hatchback which has the frameless window. the window will drop about 0.25inch during door opening and close when door closed. however I realised the passenger side window does not close fully as compared to the driver's side after door closed. anyone has this problem before and its remedy, pls? thanks!
