Paint Touch Up

I've a "half 5 cents" paint being scratched near the rear bumper by an inconsonsiderate driver who ran away.

Had read the resource link but any recommended shop with reasonable cost?
What's the cost for such a tiny patch?
Any other recommendations, like DIY, since there is are dents? Had tried polishing off but no avail.

if u dun mind "touching up "of pain whereby they just use paint n cover up the patch wich might n0t be obivious ......
or another way is u have to spray the whole bumper ....wich cost abt 180 ---200...
