I was looking at the 1-series and realised that the list price of the 125 coupe is higher than the 130 HB. Can anyone explain the logic of this? Thx much.
hi guys. understand the part about lifestyle cars. But the HB is 3-door.! me thot the 3 door HB is already a "lifestyle " car.?? obviously i am wrong.....
Also, dun be deceived by the number tag. The 125 coupe is actually a 3-litre engine block, same as the hatch 130, detuned to 218 horses from 265 horses.
its just the branding of the coupes and cabs. they r the costliest. hatches r not really deemed lifestyle. even 2 yrs back the pricing has already been such.
The 125i coupe is said to have taken its design ques from the venerable BMW 2002.
The 130i hatchback ..... well, what can I say? Its just a hatchback
Which one will become a collectors' item decades later?
If I have only one coin to toss, I will throw it to the 125i coupe ... de-tuned 3L engine notwithstanding.
Which one will get more stares on the road? The 125i presumably.
Which one will hold a better resale (read: body) value? The 125i, I think.
I'm looking at getting a pre-owned 120 cab. It doesn't come with i-drive and I wonder if i can get a Garmin GPS for it. Any idea where i can get it and which model? Thanks
