Hi All,
Glad to join (back) this forum. Was here many years ago but took a hiatus as was kind of busy with life being complicated than usual (Covid-19 didn’t help)…
Anyway, just a short intro… started my BMW love affair in 2006 with a pre-owned E60 525i, eight years later downgraded to a X1 sDrive20i (also pre-owned), followed by a F25 X3 xDrive28i in 2017 (again pre-owned), and finally bought a new G08 iX3 in Dec 2022 when PML was giving a sizeable discount to make the numbers work.
The E60 was a comfortable silent cruiser that I drove all the way to KL, Fraser Hills, Genting and Penang. X1 and X3 only gone as far as JB, Melaka and Nilai/Sepang. X3 served the family and I really well, with the ample cabin and boot space enough to carry 5 tall adults, luggages for long trips and also bulky IKEA purchases. I hope the iX3 will be as good, though still figuring out the state of EV charging in MY.
