Anyone is fine. The entire team work really close together and always in high spirits. And even though they will suggest for you to buy packages they won't keep pushing you for it. I like them for that. I really hate those pushy groomers...

You should approach Andre who is the boss... a nice and experienced guy. Tell him you're recommended by Kenneth who drives Subaru Legacy. My friend, Kenneth hasbeen a regular there for many years. Andre gave me a discounted price but I havent been back there because of the inconvenience. I live in the east whereas Imperial1 is at Toh Guan.

No prob. I didn't know Andre is the boss. I asked him once if he owns the business and he said no leh...maybe he was being humble.
I never gotten any discount but I have had a free "rescue" session before! A carpark pipe leaked on to my old car and created a hardened patch on my bonnet. I zoomed to them and they quickly stop all their current jobs and worked on my car. They are super nice man...definitely 2 thumbs up from me...

So far i heard, by looking at how they wash your car, dry your car before the polish work starts, you can probably tell how good is their skill and how careful when they work on your car leow.
I was so surprise to see some 'so-called' good groomer, washing and drying using horizontal stroke, circular cleaning, this isn't the right way to do as far as I am concerned.
But some have blow-dry the car using a powerful blower instead of drying using a cotton cloth, I believed this is the prefect way. Any contact rubbing will definitely introduce light scratching marks even though using the softest cotton cloth you can find.
