Ive tried it on 2004 318i and 1999 318i.
When you reach 19.0, not 19.1, it the display should alternate between "l.off and l.on" or "log.off and log.on". I can't remember.
But that is 19.0. Not 19.1.
When it reaches l.off or log.off, press again.
And it will go back to 1 or 0.
Cycle again till 7.
Then wait and then 0 pops up
then cycle to 2 for REV
and 3 for Speed
