noise from insdie steering wheel

Hi,

After changeing 19 rims, i notice when going over rough road surface, i can hear some noise from inside my steering wheel..seems like something is loose such that when going over rough road, it gets lounder but when normal road, the sound is gone. Its irritating and i wonder if i can bring to workshop for rectification?

Is it safe to take out the airbag to see lok see look?

I know how to take out my previous car airbag but not for e60...pls help. Thanks,

Was the steering wheel ever replaced or taken out before? I think it is quite common for replacement steering wheels. I replaced mine and there is this vibration sound once in a while. Quite annoying.
