think the high petrol prices should dampen consumption already by now... people with cars will use fuel more efficiently... ie if it costs you $10 of petrol and if public transport is about 10% of that cost, then people will go public... not considering travel time & depreciation of the car... families with kids & maids & parents/in-laws probably will still use private cars...
anyway, $1.99 (before discount) per litre for V-Power is still cheap at today's prices...
there is no such thing as cheap petrol prices, esp in singapore. Well I did not check if anyone pumped on the 22, I personnally did not need to nor had the time.........
