Newbie reporting and 318

Dear all,

Good day. I am new here and am here to learn more about BMWs.

Anyway I am looking to buying a new BMW 318i from PML. I was told by the SE that it is the new facelift with sunroof and was quoted $128,800.

They are also willing to take in my current ride, pay off my current outstanding loan, and after all these, the price of the 318i costs $124,800. Is it a good deal? Or can I insist on more discount? I do not want to be a robert...

May i ask is did the SE say it was the latest FL 318? Never heard of with sunroof... If its true... Cool man!:woottt:

Wat is ur current ride? Since no need to top up and get a discount on the sale price. Shld be a gd deal.

No harm trying to ask but dont think they will give in... Must be contented lah.

yes. The SE said it is new facelift. Everything is the same except the sunroof.

My current ride is a 4-year old Jap car. And now I am quite tron between an Accord 2.0 and 318. The Accord is about $100k and is more spacious. But BMW is very enticing despite it is less spacious and more expensive.

Get the BMW, cos it will still look good and drive well when the Accord looks fade away and parts begin to rattle! (Which is like every 3 years!)

welcome in squeeze him down to 124k. if really cannot make sure u get solar films, car mat, car pedals and some cleaning products from him

cheaper than jap car. 10, 20, 30k service. ur 1st 10k service is only 280 bucks

Probably I will not do any mod first cos I understand that mods can be quite costly. But.. If I want to do a mod, the first thing I will do is to change the headlights of my new ride to those angel's eyes which I saw from the forum here.

Silver.. The first mod u need to do is window film go for the high end.
U wun regret or ask yr se give u. Trust me! Cos is kinda
hot as ours is the fake leather, however is much better and will last longer
than leather after a few years.
Than my second mod is breyton race gts rims.
Now eyeing ecu upgrade!!! Overall very very song!

jonleeck: my se quite "stingy", don't give me much freebies. Anyway I thought that the windows of 318i quite dark already? Which one did you go for? Did you do all the four windows? How much is it?

wt_know: opps. I do not know it can be sooooo expensive. Anyway, how much does it cost? Do you have any idea?
