Hello Foomeister, welcome on board. Congrats on your E92 325 man!:) ... am just wondering, why not go for 19" rims bro? IMHO, 19" rims looks better on the 3ers.

Re: Newbie Greetings

Hmm.. really? I afraid 19" may look too 'fierce'. BTW i like the color of your ride, too bad that is not available to me.

P/S..am a female, not a bro :)

Re: Newbie Greetings

E92 needs 19 MINIMUM...anything else will be too small. some like it 20 even..but thats too much wheels imo...heavy as well. 19 swee nnnnnnnnnnnnnnineteen..nineteen.....nnnnnnnnnnnnineteen.

soory cant forget the paul hardcastle song about the average age of US combatants in vietnam...

Geez .... Pai seh pai seh ... Pls pardon my ignorance, malu sia!

Anyway, seriously ... really think that if you're looking at upgrading your rims then you should consider slapping on 19"... It'll look SWEET, especially after you've lowered the car. Don't worry about looking too "fierce", I'm sure the rest of our hot blooded male forumers would agree that nothing turns a guy on more than a hot babe in a HOT ride!

Re: Newbie Greetings

Hi hi... welcome... the 19" is very nice and there's a snake-man here who can give you plenty of tips and advice on rims selection for your E92 325...Why not come down to our monthly meetup and you can see many E90 & E92 with upgraded rims to have a better idea on your pursue..they are not poisonous actually... just virulant.

I like to think I'm very horsin...but here they call me camel...so sad. !!! (irrelevant)

Re: Newbie Greetings

Hi all,
Thanks for sharing all your opinion and esp. to totoseow on that photo of his rims.. hmm.. makes me think twice now. beautiful rims and nice brake disc + calipers :)

I'm going to refrain from lowering the ride at the moment cos i worry it might make the drive handling stiffer.

BTW, any good place to recommend to change the rims?

Re: Newbie Greetings

Go check out Workshop & Help section, plenty of establishment for you to choose from.

Happy hunting. :)

Re: Newbie Greetings

19" is just about the most common "right" size for the 3-series! Getting the right size is the beginning...

Enjoy shopping!

Re: Newbie Greetings

Dont worry..
19 inch for a 325 no problem. Especially on an E92.

DPEs ftw. Though i cant afford a set :p
