Somehow when i saw this thread, first thing that came to mind are the low ballers in bmwsg and how ppl say this is best blah blah etc but would never put their freaking $$$ where their mouth is. Freaking losers, just shut up and no bad impression will be created of you.

Toby this the RE-V u and Daniel were talking about? Only sold in domestic Japan yeah? Wasted... but really nice... i wanna call him and tell him i can end his sorrows about bringing the wheels in since he already paid for it, but his phone is engage for past 5mins

Saw the ACS type V rims on the z4. Very familiar heh heh.....but I always thought mine is Type IV?

Concavity design largely depends on the offset....if u design wif thin pad for mounting, u can extract more concave contour. If u do it thick, then it will be lesser to probably non but what u see is sudden deepness of the lug mounting surface.

Eg...HRE P40 .....thick pad in the wheel hub. On the other hand, BBS CSL, thin pad and the spokes stretches right from the mounting hub to the outer wheels. That's the BoMb. Similar to Neez QD7.

This is the one...like I said, the pix don't do justice....If you go to the BBS Japan Website you will get a better idea but still nothing comapred to what I see on prints....

RE-V seems to be "DA BOMB" for the BMW guys in Japan now.....So many BMW magazines in Japan talking about it.......

If you notice, BBS don't really make very concave designs for their wheels all these years...and you will also notice that their wheels for the 5er and perhaps X or even 7er are usually more concave given the same model of wheels that are also meant for the 3er....... something to do with offsets on the bigger rides I think....
