New 4 Cylinder?

Have read over the weekend that there will be a new 2 litre engine for the E90. Then read somewhere in a thread that there will be a new In-line 4.

Tried googling them, but to no avail. Anybody knows if the rumours are true?

There will be a whole new range of direct injection engines, that will CC for CC give addtional HP & Torque.

From the 2L all the way up.. to match the current BiTurbo 3L (already direct injected).

At the same it promises better FC to boot.

But knowing PML.. they will clear their old stock first / save it for counterpunch to the coming new C Class.

Many thanks guys.... looks like the potentially upcoming 320 will be nudging the 323 for HPs soon........
