New 316i owner on the road.. having this irritating sound on auto start/stop

Greetings to all. Just have the ride on the road last fri. Ride is great except having this click/ knock sound when the auto start/ stop resumes from shutdown after vehicle stop.

Its a single click/knock ( 'tok')coming from the front panel. Seems like its from the glove box area. Ive emptied everything and the same click/ knock happens whenever the engine resumes from auto stop.

I dont get to hear this if I switch off the auto start/stop with normal drive. Like to check if this is inherent wiyh our f30 series for the auto start/stop. Quite irritating. Many Thks to any advise pl.

if it is still under warranty bring it back to the AD, it could b d starter motor or d air con compressor..2 cents
