como said:you are so rite...T6.....CSL rims are offset 41....to put it on the e90 (offset 35)....you will need to put spacers to make it look good.....
como said:Ken, not sure abt the real CSL but it is definitely much much cheaper....the replicas are really cheap.
piggyboyz said:If the CSL Replica is 41 offset, then it's for E46.
I understand from South East that nowsaday all BBS rims comes with spacer so that they can fit E46 and E90 without problem..
Agreed with Ken that aesthetically, CSL looks better but quality wise, I think BBS reputation is better...![]()
That's my point. Unless the savings are so substantial, else one runs the risk of losing the entire set of rims when one-piece replacement is unavailable. The mentioned case involved the AC Type IV replicas.TripleM said:Now..I m beginning to worry bout those replica rims in the market. Quality aside, I m more concerned bout the availability in the event a replacement is needed. We hv seen example in real life where one damaged rim ended up costing the owner a full brand new set of rims..no kidding. If u really wish to spend money on rims, just save up a bit more and go Non replicas.
como said:TripleM, when u selling ur CSL..... am interested ....hehehe
anyway..thks guys...seems the votes are all inclined towards CSL............
T6 said:The +35 must be factory offset for BMW stk rims rite? Which means u can go even more aggressive like maybe +32? If I remember correctly, TBT went to offset +32 when he was using replica M6 design rims.![]()
