Need some advise

Will be collecting my ride soon and planning to change the wheels to a 19"

I have already shortlisted a couple of brands and models and why?

- Breyton CS (as dont really see a lot on the road)
- M101 (one of the most popular)
- M166 (can be seen in a lot of press release and galleries)
- DPE (this is very cool looking but still have to see one in the flesh)

My consideration points are

- weight
- country of origin (does it still matter?)
- price point

I know most are carried by our site sponsors , and could be a bit sensitive.

Kindly email me at dbsnso@ yahoo.com instead.

Thank you

Re: Need some advise

what model is your car? and what colour is it?'

i have tried 16,17,18,19,20inch... RFT and non RFT

from taiwanese rim to japanese 3 piece to OEM wheels , to italian replicas to superlight forged monoblock to american forged wheels...

if what you want is light... go for schmeiden or volk...cant go wrong... but they dont look nice imho....

you want nice..and relatively light..will be DPEs or japanese 3pcs wheels...

Re: Need some advise

Terry,

The ride is an E60 Alpine White, and will most likely not going to go thru mods and bodykits.

Will most likely start with the rims of 19" with standard tires, and later on will consider some lowering springs.

DPE is really nice but cannot do trade in and that s the only reason why it was my last option.

I know i can get the DPE first and then sell my stock rims but I do not have space to store my rims.

Re: Need some advise

anyone knows the price for 19' DPE if it is for E90. any difference if it is for E60? thanks
