Need Pro Advise on lowering Ê46 cab

heys bros can anyone advise what springs should i be going for if i am lowering my car... i current intending to put 18'rims with 225 tires..
if i wan the it to have a clearance between 20 to 30mm for the tire what spring do you advise me to use?? BTW is 20 to 30 too high??

pleasse help... i am lost ...

one last question what spacers should i be using for my rear wheel if i am using ac tpye 3 orig do really know the set up of this rims...

i need advise bros

Eibach, but get the coilovers instead. Reason, cabs are heavy, and springs meant for e46 tends to give way to the weight after a while. I was formerly running on ACS springs, give up as the ride kept sinking, changed to PSS9.

Rear wheel was 10-12 mm spacers, if my memories serve me right....

Check with the workshops. If they come in only e46 (not e46 cab), then your springs will eventually sink down like mine...... the drop will be 2-3 cm easily.

Thanks, car exported two years back. Heart a bit pain. Those were 18" AC type III. Bonnet was from Vorsteiner. Original stuff.

well i am no pro but thot i'd share wot is recommended on ACS website

Type III wheel is 8.5x18ET43, and ACS recommends 7 mm spacers for front and rear. Hope this helps..

Original colours from ACS. Lacquered it though with Yew Lip.

Speak to Angie of Yew Lip. I think the colour was Titanium Silver. Exact code unsure.
