its called dynamic traction control. automatically adjust power delivery to each wheel in event of a wheel spin. shld be turned on at all times unless u wanna re enact a tokyo drift.

no dynamic can be experience if ir's driven by the traffic law of s'pore.

Sorry for my ignorance. Besides power delivery, does it hv any other effect? e.g. fuel consumption?

no worries. no effect on fuel consumption. its more of a safety feature rather than power enhancing feature.
