Need a 12 feet tall aluminium ladder(or higher)

Where can I buy a ladder which is 12 feet high or higher? Those aluminium type, which usually comes in only 6 to 8 feet nia.

Reason: To stand above the wall separating my house and my neighbour so that I can peek into his room for any suspicious or dodgy actitivities.:shhhh:
