Nail in Run Flat after Only 4K

I was just told that one of my runflats has a nail in it.

Not sure what I should do? Should I just put in a new run flat (PML quoted me $700+ to replace my current 18 inch)?

Or should I just change all the tires to non-runflats? If so, what do you recommend? PS2s or Michelin Pilot Preceda 2? Any other recommendation? I am looking for comfort and quietness (without compromising too much on performance, but then again I don't really ride my car hard)? Any recommendation on where I could buy the new tyres as well?

The tire I have now is the Goodyear NCT5. Is there any value for my 3 other run-flats? They have only had about 4K mileage and still have probably 90% of its threadmarks left.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
