Hi Geoff,

Congrats on yr new ride; juz kaypo, how much did u pay for yr ride? any added accessories? nice car, was considering one of these & also the new SLK but decided to go for my MRS instead.

Btw, my MRS is seal grey, veri veri similar to yr Sterling Grey. Also, I am male, 21, handsome n shy. Not cute though.

MRS? Isn't Seal Grey a colour for Porsche Boxsters?
You know how posuer ACSCAB2 can be.

Spray everything to porsche colour, somehow, he also managed to install the steering wheel. But don't let that fool you.

hey ACSCAB2

got me ride for 198K... they gave me a 2k discount!!!
got the 2.5L in sterling grey with red seats... its pretty decked already... not much add ons required!!! as compared to other countries as options we get standand here in singapore!
only made them change my grills from black to matt chrome like the 3.0L version as the 2.5L comes in black grills!
might wanna get the 18inch ellipsoid rims after i ty out my stock 17inch turbine rims!
maybe even consider getting the rear bumper lip from the sport body package as the front is really too loud for me!!!

its a nice car huh... can't wait to get it... hopefully in 2 weeks time!!!
is the MRS the toyota? fast car right?

cheers geoff

Bro, saw a black MRS with porsche emblem on the front windscreen. Nearly laughed till I drop...

:screwedu:

To Geoff:

Yes, MRS is from Toyota; yes, my MRS gives abt 280plus horses. faster than a 330 but slower than the Evos n M3s off the block; but on winding roads, may hav an edge as all MRS are mid-engined n gives better weight balance.

To Yuen:

Y r u laughing at my MRS?

Cheers

I can testify to Ivan's well-modded MRS.

His replica Porsche PU bodykit reduces drag greatly on the ECP.

His Porsche emblem - which I had bought from R-Style - probably add another 5 bhp.

His soft top was light, given that it was sewn from the canopy from my Sunday picnic mat.

Well done, dude.

On the winding roads I believe the Evo is still ahead of a Boxster S (or MRS whatever you want to call it). PG, SP, anywhere there is clean and safe quantification.

nice one dudes... hahahahaaaaaa!!!
maybe i can put a Pagani Zonda, Koenigsegg CC or TVR emblem on me Z4!!!
hahaha!!! hows that!!!
i feel that if u wanna "pian chieak" pian all the way lah!!! hahahahaaa!!!

I think you are right. Havent driven the Evo in anger (much) except once in the rain when BoxSer left his keys lying about :laughlik: :laughlik: :laughlik: but drove a BoxsterS manual in germany for about 1000km up mountain roads and on some Autobahn. VERY VERY sweet car but the gearing is just too long to match a standard Evo I suspect. Engine is also relatively less torquey.
