My newly installed CyberSpeed Carbon Fiber airbox!

Hi bros,

Just want to share some photos shots of my newly installed CF airbox done at J4C a couple of weeks back! I must say it's one of the best mods I have done to my ride!

Butt dyno - engine definitely "breathes" better for sure with obvious improvements on the high end torque and better throttle response. No difference or lost of low end torque felt...
Not noisy but it does gives out a little growl during hard acceleration...

But after a couple of weeks, FC seems to increase a little bit though, hopefully not because of those hard acceleration... haha! :lol:

looks like a properly CAI set up...hence no noticeable loss in low torque coz it's well concealed and the air well channelled

i just installed mine there today! Initially din feel any diff to the pick up...but after ard 20km the pick up was very responsive!! ...but now l surfing the web and saw this SIMOTA brand CAI from Riverview selling @ $240.....looks exactly the same from outside!!...reviews also not bad.....anyone?

Well, i installed the Cyberspeed CAI simply because of positive feedback from tmembers of this forum. Not sure about the Simota one though although i have seen it advertised in HotStuff mag...

I was also thinking about installing one into my car until I got caught one night in a bad paya lebar flood. The water level was up to my front grills. I have always wondered after that night, how would one tackle such floods with an air intake located at the lower bumper level. Any advise?

I had the cyberspeed installed too and noticeable improvement in mid and high end torque... sounds good too

Me too, got a used one from another brother...saved some $$$.

Can feel noticeable improvement in response from 2.5K rpm onwards. To me , this is by far one of the best mod done. Good value for money.

Does the Cyberspeed filter encounter any problems driving thru heavy rain? or light floods?
