quite difficult to appeal against mata unless genuine mistake like need to rush to hospital or something.

go down and try to appeal by seeing an officer...if kanna younger officer, they might listen to your reasoning...if older one, probably no chance...

I actually personnally went down to ubi to appeal twice. The first kana
a young officer... Given discount without demerits pts just pay $.
The second kana a old mother hen!!! LL .No. Chance.
The whole moral is very simple see yr luck but really better then writing
in, when u enter the office u will realize that yr watever yr excuses r not
Important. Wish u good luck and dun kana a old mother hen!

sometimes its just better to pay up n forget the whole episode..as I wonder why I shld be there to appeal in the first place, when u waited so long, spent abt 1~2 hours waiting, then that bloody stone face Warrant Off say to you, "why speed?" u try to explain all yr life abt driving safely n only at times step on wrong "pedal"...:boring:

Now Upp Thomson Rd is very hot spot for LTA-TP (aka Cisco Po-liao) on bridges.
Very common sight nowadays.
Along TPE towards Sengkang exit area also got TP using camera shooting...
then cars infront suddenyl jam brake after seeing them...

so now my eyes r train NOT to see road signs but TPs on bridges

Everytime I catch one of those termites on the overhead bridge along Thomson Rd, I always blip my throttle loud loud...hopefully that monkey fall off the tree.

This is true... a friend of mine used the excuse that he was rushing to the hospital as his kid was sick... the officer he talked to wanted a letter from the hospital to prove it. Obviously, he paid the fine on the spot.
