can someone tell me how much is a new piece for E60 from pml? alternatively does BVO sell them? lucky i was going quite fast...else the thing will fly up n smash into my windshield. i saw the thing lifted off n flew straight towards my face n above my car.....the blardy thing was stuck together only with glue.....!!!

Might as well get the CF ones now. Try Juzz for cars. You must have been going at some kind of speed for it to fly off.

If your car is under warranty, I think the best solution is to simply go back to PML and get them replaced for free.

Yeah, they are quite simply glued on. BVO sells E46 ones in carbon fibre. Not sure if they fit E60's. Otherwise, just go to Eng Soon and get a set. They shouldn't cost more than $100. I got carbon fibre ones from Benzline for $80/set.

Make sure this time, you get the installer (whoever it may be), to use good glue. Mine was installed by Mike and he said gotta use some kind of adhesive that resembles road tar.

i misread it tat it was the bonnet tat flew off...too 'kam jiong' while reading your header.
Guess PML will get u a replacement for free...mine also fading off jus aft 8 mths of ownership.

Toto... they are about 20-30 bucks thereabouts for the standard ones from Eng Soon.... Hope this helps...

Bro, BONNET BADGE lah.

2 holes on the bonnet to accept the badge pins and yes, glue prevents it from flying off at high speeds.

Damn....I was trailing a 5 series and saw a BMW badge flew off. Wound down the driver window and try to catch with right hand but missed

Ok that was N.G. I believe warranty or not, PML shld have the courtesy to replace one, or else you can SMS to STOMP yr pic of a bonnet with missing badge.

Too kan jiong, i tot bonnet flew off.... So it's the emblem. Mine flew off at 200kph on my way back from Cameron highland also hahaha !!!!
