3. Provide clear contact instructions (List phone number, email or PM). **Required.
4. Private Sales Only.
5. Relevant items only.
6. No Indirect Advertising / Promoting Of Other Services and Companies
7. Only members with 20 posts and more can start new threads
8. No Thread Hijacking. Start your own Topic.
9. Post only 1 Topic per sale. No cross-posting in other forums. No bumping of Topics more than once a day.

There is a possibility to be certified compliant when exhaust comes together with the mid pipe. Difference is: it is submitted as "one item" for certification so if pass emission and sound requirement, good to go.ngalan;1068272 said:

But mid pipe alone send in to get certification is still no go, at least from what I know. Again CCB LTA.
* Such as my previous ride got the entire exhaust system approved i.e. from downpipe all e way to the exhaust exit.
I got the Evolution system when I bought the car used. But i understand only the muffler is LTA compliant. Think its the same situation as the M3 bros. If it is possible to get the whole Evolution system approved, that will be perfect. *hint

From the picture, there's no Cat on mid-pipe, not even a 'high performance' cat. Original N54 335's mid-pipe no Cat? I not sure but I believe N54 335 has 2x Cat, 1 at mid-pipe and 1 at downpipe. Did u double check the certificate in detail?
If mid-pipe has no Cat while the original has Cat, i m very very very very sure it is not LTA compliant. It appears to me, it is a case where the mid-pipe was installed after the axle-back exhaust was certified by LTA... nothing to stop anyone or WS to do so. If this is the case, once send for inspection, sure fail bcos they use photo comparison (during inspection of compliance, they take photographs for future reference).
All said, if the mid-pipe w/o cat can be certified approved by LTA, I would like to know e person/WS who does it so they will have some customers.
Whole system to be certified need to meet such condition such aa Cat must be present if original has e.g. 1-for-1, 2-for-2, 3-for-3... those can be certified by LTA are usually the 'high performance Cat'.

I bought the whole set from autovox and installed at J4cars. They took out my existing mid pipe and replaced with the akra mid pipe. About few weeks later I sent my car for LTA certification. Not sure they certified the mid pipe as well.
