Missing bumpers under bonnet?

OCD striked me today so I took some wet wipe to clean my bonnet...crazy as it is. Lol.

Then I noticed this top hole with screw thread and wonder if there should be bumper on this? Anyone with the same E93? Thanks.

Can anyone share where can I get the under bonnet cushioning piece? Eng Soon doesn't have it, where else can I get one? Thanks.
