Mercedes SFW 777

I had the scare of my life meeting the above car - a silver mercedes M class - on the ECP towards changi airport last night at about 11pm..

the driver looked drunk!!?!

he veered into a taxi's path, almost crashing into its side... driver was driving ridiculously...straddling 2 lanes and veering left and right - almost ended up in the barrier fencing in the middle of the ECP...

Driver also veered into my lane (lane2) and I had to avoid him to prevent collision... you could see all the cars staying away from him...
he tried changing lanes... but because judgement was so bad, had to brake hard a few times to avoid colliding into car in front!! amazing!

suddenly everyone just slowed to 60-70kmh just to put some distance between his car and ours.... man... really crazy... and quite scary.. first time i see such bizarre driving on our roads!

I think he was drunk.. or falling asleep...

If you guys know the driver, please send him/her some good advice..

thot of calling TP, but i figured it probably wouldnt help...

This are the drivers that endanger ppl ard him.... shld ban him from drving for LIFE! If i noe him, i make sure my 2"x4" wooden dowel is up his A**.

yeah quite scary.... for one i didnt know what to do... just stay real far away... i exited just before airport only to see him swerve from lane 1 to lane 2, nearly rear-ending the car in front...

its an "M" class - the MPV mercedes, not CLK...

call TP also a bit late lah.. by the time they come he would have been gone..

I wanted to tail him and call TP but my wife told me not to cos she felt it was too dangerous...

hope nothing happened to other drivers man..

maybe the driver was engaging in some extra-ordinary activity with the left passenger while driving?

Maybe we can start our own "INCONSIDERATE DRIVER THREAD" with SFW777 as our first case.

But this is how inconsiderate some Singaporean drivers can be. Putting it bluntly, its okay for you to crash and kill yourself when you choose to be so irresponsible. But dont harm the innocence.

haha this is still ok..that time my mom was late for work..then she was driving he huge SUV at 1*0km/h..then whie driving on TPE,it was 3am in the morning..then suddenly she saw a dark colour Van comming oppsite direction on her 3rd lane! she immediatly change to 2nd lane to avoid the Van..somemore when she see the back mirror,nobody saw it..all still on the 3rd lane driving pretty fast..then after work she told me abt it..then she also said that the van didnt on the headlights..then very dark..she say she saw a GHOST..then at 6.30pm news,we saw the accident happened..a Van crashed into 2 cars on TPE..1 guy died..he survived..n he was drunk!

nicholastan91 - thats an awful sad story man... drunk van driver should be severely punished..... these selfish and inconsiderate people should be banned for life off the roads....

I guess the merc I met didnt harm anyone since nothing appeared in the news... come to think of it, i should have tailed him and called the TP and give "live" feed so we can all nab this guy.... now as i replay the scene on the ECP it seems like something from Ripleys's can you believe it.... amazing....

BS - yeah... hopefully he wont drink and drive again...

SM, you should have video-ed the entire episode and sent to the TV stations for the Singapore's Most Amazing Drivers - Caught on Tape edition......

kenntonna - i also say!!! but my camera no video!!!!!

time to equip myself with video capability because I always meet all kinds of people on the road! i got my assed tailed by a white 5 series yesterday too... with M5 bodykit... maybe it was a forummer... kekek...:>

I figured its because i clock so much mileage that the probability of meeting all kinds of people is higher....


My counter just passed the 8,000km mark - in 2 months.... phew..
