Meetup areas?

Anyone have suggestions for alternate meetup areas?

Criterias (or good to haves):
1. Must have plenty of parking space (more than 80 available lots)
2. Free to park
3. Nice and Shady (if possible, got places to sit down)

My dad suggested the swiss club, but i have no idea about that place...

(1) Tanglin Dempsey Road (Old CMPB Campbase) - + rustic surroundings, - no F&B outlet
(2) Gillman Barracks - + rustic surroundings, F&B outlet, wine place (Villa Bali)

there are eating outlets at Dempsey Road, but kinna X. there is a nice vine bar there from what I was told. nice place better then kallang.. a bit over done already ....... every car group in meeting there.

For info, Dempsy has a SCSSC clubhouse nearby as well, serves chinese & indian food

impeccable taste, as usual! My vote goes to Tanglin Dempsey. The indian curry restuarant at the Civil Service Club serves fantastic fish head curry and lime juice. There are plenty of wine bars around the area. For desserts, you can have have durians at the car park. Plenty of parking and great location for car shoot.
