M5 Rim style 166

I have seen some posts in Google & Carousel selling M5 Rim style 166 but it is in 18 inch.

Sellers insisted that it is original but to my understanding 166 only comes in 19 inch.

I would like to get one but am afraid that my e60 520i will be too sluggish for 19 inch.

My current ride doesn't come with any velocity or power box etc.

I have just renewed my coe forr 10 years.

Any thoughts?

Original 166 is definitely 19. 18 could be replica or could be another style number.

Do you think 166 istaggered 245 35 19, 275, 30 19 too big and heavy for e60 520i?
My ride doesn't come with any chip or booster.
Currently on 245 40 18.

That’s standard tyre width for e60 19”. Definitely feels slightly heavier but the looks definitely much better. Haha.
