Maybe flood damage or bad accident (bent chassis?). A second hand M3 is around $230k or more! I hope the buyer sends it for a full inspection at a reputable workshop.

I personally know the owner of that particular M5!
I have even driven his car and its one of the pristine E60 M5s around.
Engine is sweet and the HUD is an awesome addition.

Some may ask how do I know if this is his car. Simple.
Look at the first photo and he has a Vorsreiner upfront bonnet painted in white.

Checked with dealer...car is clean, but priced low for reasons not to be mentioned on forum. Check it out. Nicely done up.

Yes the reason is solely the Seller's personal issues.
Car is clean and loved the symphony from the M5. Truly a soundtrack.

Actually, what's negative about a high-rev 5-litre V10 NA engine? I thought a smaller 3-litre twin turbo engine is scorned......

Then you switched camp to pedigree M and left the pariahs licking their emotional wounds.

Now even Toto tells me negative attributes about M5. Confused. Pedigree also scorned.

Infernal Affairs. Identity crisis between pariah and pedigree.
