i just find it weird that after that close shave, why didn't the driver shift his car out out the affected area. still came running out of the car to check if his car kenna. what if round 2 came down? won't be so lucky after that. :screwedu:

Ya. Imagine if the rock is unbalanced and rolls over to the (car) side, while he is getting out to check if his car was damaged...

Ok fair enough, then can I argue that I am Agnostic? The drafter of the statute, parliament, President etc who went through the process of defining Act of God... which God was in their minds at that time?

For me, Act of God means Act of Guan Yim and Guan Yim dun do harmful things like hurling a boulder from a hill

so depends on the judge lor...wat if he is a follower of African Gods? Must jump over fire then considered Act of God...the accident happened during raining season leh, no fire...

I cannot find a God of Rocks but if Rock and Roll is ok, then we need Elvis Presley to interpret wat is Act of God but he will probably just sing and dance away

in such sudden events. one would be overwhelmed by shock.

this picture might be taken by reporters whom arrived at scene at a much later stage.
the driver of the car may have already been to Macdonalds and had kopi to calm his nerve.
