Lowering a 630ci

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum. Just got a 630ci. I am looking for options to lower my car by 20 to 30mm.

Not many choices on the market so far, as most suspension mods are only for the 645ci.

Choices so far include only springs from Breyton.
Do not know of any coil overs or other springs, and spring/shock combinations.
Eibach, AC, Hartge, Bilsteins all came out cold.

Anyone advice or information here?

Thanks in advance!

Dr Bear! Welcome to the forum!

630 very low liao, still want lower har? Steady, pun pi pi ...
Try not to park head in where there's a kerb in front cos the stock clearance itself will scrap the bottom. I always reverse park to be safe

Pls post report/pictures if any found/done

Re: Lowering a 630ci

first of all..does ur car have dynamic drive? if so..then stick with the bmw sports suspension. they r calibrated wif the DD...other after markets MAY change the characteristics of the DD.

Re: Lowering a 630ci

i don't know much about these tech stuff but my family friend in canada has a 6 and apparently got a into an accident while cornering hard...ang moh insurance companies tend to be very detailed and voided his insurance as BMW canada sorta' said the aftermarket suspension he had was the likely reason the handling was compromised so you might want to look into what toto has said...hope this helps!

Re: Lowering a 630ci

Thanks for advice guys!
No dynamic drive on 630, but it is present on the 645.
At least this is what Performance tells me.
