There's a small catch to clip the mirror in place. I had the exact problem a couple of days back. Went to BVO and Ah Wee used a small prong and pushed the catch back into place and the mirror is fine after that!
When i'm travelling on a bumpy road or when i'm going more than 60km/h, the glass starts to vibrate quitely badly and everytime i check my right, i get a headache cuz its moving about so much!
