This is a 520i from 1989. My dad used to own it and if anyone knows the owner, I will be happy to buy 'back' this car. It has sentimental reasons and I just saw it last week again.

It is light matellic blue (still) after almost 20 years.

Please help :)

Thanks!

Re: Looking for SCA8842

Yes, many years back I went to ROV (LTA) and got the address of the owner ( you have to provide good reason ) but he didn't want to sell his car with a special number SS***.

if you really want to, you can do a search on the licence plate and obtain the owner's address.
you can then contact him...

cheers

Thanks but LTA will need to know the reason.

This has sentimental reasons and I will make a project car out of this one and surprise the old man one day. We owned it for 4 years in the late 80s.

Thanks all. Please continue to keep your eyes open :)

Funny, my car is a SCA as well, but it was registered in 1993!

Yes, you are right. We owned it for about 4 years and retained the old plate. Hence, a lapse in the date of registration :)

The search continues. Good weekend all :)
