Anyone had changed the rear LCI lamps for E60? Anyone selling used E60 LCI or know what's the best price for new ones? I was quoted brand new $680 before GST at Eng Soon.

Cheap Lah Bro!!

Re: Looking for E60 rear LCI lamps

Eng Soon BMW stockist since 1987. Check the following

--> Eng Soon Auto Pte Ltd - Contact Us

It's actually $300 per rear LCI lamp and a pair cost $600, but must include some Wiring/PCB attachment which cost around $95. Managed to get a nett amount of $680 per pair before GST.

The stockist claims need to be install by professional workshop, not sure has anyone replaced the rear lamps to LCI before, any bro can recommend those workshop who had done it.

Re: Looking for E60 rear LCI lamps

I have changed my 2006 E60 to LCI rear lights. I think a few workshops including juss 4 car can do the conversion but maybe would have 'light blinking issues' upon start up.

I went the 'Great White Shark' way as Wilson has a conversion kit from UK. No error codes or blinking issues at all.

Cheers

Re: Looking for E60 rear LCI lamps

I have check with Eng Soon, they qoute me $730 nego abit $680 nett.

Re: Looking for E60 rear LCI lamps

Just install my OEM Hella LCI tail lamps on my pre-LCI E60, together with the Bruce Miranda V6 cables from UK (Dec discounted offer) The most rewarding mod spent. No strobing, i-Drive error. DIY, plug & play installation on my own. Paid reasonable price for both Cables & tail lamps as compare to the "workshop"

Hi sportser, where you got your OEM and total how much you spend on it?

You install yourself?

Cheers:shakemyb:

Re: Looking for E60 rear LCI lamps

Yes, DIY myself, pretty simple. Bought the lamps from Eng Soon and the V6 cables from UK. Just 4 x 8mm nuts to remove on each lamp. Definitely cheaper than any retailer in Singapore who can offer me and it's brand new

Wow, $680 per pair...... that's really cheap. are those Hellas ? i got mine in KL for about $800, excluding the conversion kit, and that is another $800. T_T

Re: Looking for E60 rear LCI lamps

I paid less than $600 per pair before GST for the Hella LCI tail lamps, my conversion kit cost me S$395, around 175 pounds from UK including DHL. It's back to 250 pounds now. It will be even cheaper if you have friends working in Hella Asia.
