Locked Out!

Today started my day usual walked to the car and to my shock of my life. I cannot unlock my car. Tried once, twice and countless. No choice - I had to open the car door manually.

Bring it over to PML - told the central lock mechanism is damaged just 3 weeks after my warranty has expired. Guess what they asked me to pay for it. SGD$900.

Is this reasonable?

Need help desperately? Any advice at all - really appreciate it.

did u ask any of the workshop in the resources folder?

try ask bvo or j4c to quote u......see if the price differ from pml....

i did - i am hoping they could honor the warranty since its was only 3 weeks. Isn't that what customer service and support is all about?

try talking to ur SA and see if he could help u.........it all boils down if the SA is willing to go an extra mile for u....good luck
