I ignored the warning and ended up in a bad traffic jam once I turned into Clementi Ave 6. Turns out that it's a traffic accident and the location shown on my navigation screen is pretty close too. Not bad at all!!

BoneDoc;905371 said:It's standard on PI cars from UK with Prof Nav and Premium map 2012. There is an additional button on the console that turns it on and off.

PML cars don't have I but I think Max at Elebest can activate it. Problem is that when your car goes for servicing n your software is upgraded you lose ll the Max mods
Meek;905479 said:yeah. the live traffic updates for the idrive is really good!
BoneDoc;905744 said:Yes it is. Another tip is if u have the large split screen you can put the 2D map up on the main screen when u drive and plan your route. The iDrive is great cos you can zoom in and out and quickly see where all the slow downs are along your route. You may have to click the option to switch off the stupid clouds though. They appear when you zoom out.
The other nice thing is the interactive map. You can also use that to scroll around to check for traffic hotspots.
The other problem is when you drive at peak hours jn the evening all the major roads appear yellow or orange and makes you depressed as you anticipate hitting the jams everywhere
