Light warning indicator

Hi All,

There is a light warning indicator displayed on my car's dashboard. From the manual, it states as there is a problem with the external lights. I've triple checked my car and seems like no blown bulb or faulty lights. Last night the warning indicator goes off and this morning, it came back again when I enter a covered car park. For info, i'm on auto-lights.

Anyone experience this problem before? Thx in advance.

bro, did u change any new bulb recently? could be an incompatible bulb thats triggering the warning

I had this as well. But mine was day light faulty problem..

i think his e90 probably no idrive so its rather tricky to trace based on just a "lightbulb" warning sign on the guages.
it would be easier to identify if its plugged in to a diagnostic scanner which should pinpoint where the exact problem is

Do the ancient way lah. Get another person to walk around and look at the lights. We always miss the brake lights.

mine just an online shop.
u need to find BVO or other workshops etc where they will have the right tools

Manage to find out the where blown light bulb is. Any idea where I can get replacment light bulb apart from PML?? Any recommended shops??

It's the Tail Lamp bulb

Juz got one from some car hardware shop in Yishun. But it a 25W instead as they don't have 21W. Will difference matters? Hope not. Anyway thank.

Any luck in getting a white AE light bulb for a 2007 E90 320i XL ?

Any idea how to reset the light bulb indicator off till i get it replaced next week? Its irritating. Thanks!
