THE HEARING
The hearing went on but it hasn't been concluded.
With respect to my Submissions Part I, the issue of the Court's jurisdiction has not been settled. I have emphasized the inconsistencies clearly but the Court needs to know whether the mistake is Void or Voidable (i.e. if it can be corrected). My position is that it is void.
Justice Chao Hick Tin clearly stated that Section 27(2) of the Interpretation Act was not applicable at all. This was the erroneous position of the Law taken by Mr Thio Shen Yi which I strenuously objected to.
With respect to the charges, the Court stated that the first 2 charges were 'problematic' for various reasons so they were not concerned with them.
The only problem for the Court was my inappropriate use of language and tone. The Judges asked if I was prepared to apologize for this. I agreed but stated that it was not about the content. I am also willing to give this apology notwithstanding the eventual finding of whether the Complaint is Void.
The Judges stated that they were not asking me to compromise on my passion for the law but just to stop my usage of inappropriate language.
The hearing has been adjourned for me to send the Court my proposed apology by Monday, 20 January. The Court will convene a special hearing sometime next week...

Tony Lian Zero, that's not a problem. I know how to fine tune your TONE. Do you need more treble or bass. All I need is some magnets to stuff in your throat. Hahahaha !!!!!
