late 2007-2008 E90 - 156 bhp vs 150 bhp?

Anyone know how this spec is arrived at by PML?....apparently there is an increase of about 6 bhp for the cars sold early this year from jan-mar 2008...thks.

yes this is the current spec but seems that it's not in SG.

direct injection models are 170 BHP, not luanched in Singapore concerns of high sulphur content. In fact none of the BMW modles sold by PML offer DI engines so far....

dunno whether PML mis-ordered, too much committed old model inventory, or whether really sulphur issue.

335 is Direct injection turbo. No sulphur issues there ...

That's right, 335 already DI and almost ALL NEW BMWs in future will be DI once Valvetronic is phased out......

Wonder who thought of the sulphur thingy? Then next time PML sell Lexus? Oops.....the new iS 250 also DI hor......

the entire Lexus line in Singapore is DI now. Honestly the people who wanna buy a 320 and worried about resale value, should wait for the new engine ... because it's a BMW 2nd hand buyers are more apt to look at spec first.

PI 320 coupe already DI 170bhp engines... no need to wait actually...

Thanks all for the valuable comments and observations.
Just really wanted to know where the 6 bhp difference came from.
I'm sure there are several ways to increase bhp etc..from current stock.
Appreciate any views/recommendations.
