Your particiaption for the event is required and AMF is looking forward to your support. The bigger the group the better! Friends and family all welcome!

I am reaching out to every car group in S'pore and once things are in place, I will like to meet with everyone for a very quick brief of what is required and what is going to happen for the event.

Dear Moderators & Friends!

Apparently for car groups which are participating in this event, here is what is required.

- Convoy drive up to Sepang, KL
- Display of car groups
- Track drive and car group parade
- Time Trial for those interested (5laps)
- Full weekend of FUN!

Right now the organisers are working on 2 free entries for each car within the car group who will be participating. Details will be posted shortly.

A proper coordination is required for the above arrangement so please contact me for further group commitments, 90606421.

Hi Moderators & Fellow forumers!

By any chance have you guys considered taking part in this event? Its a great chance to get together with Malaysian and Thai car groups! I am sure it'll be loads of fun and besides its nearing Christmas, good idea for a short holiday!

Hi everyone!

Time is running out and i need to have the final participation list by latest Wednesday night via email in Excel format of the following:

1. Car make/ model
2. Registration plate number
3. Driver full name
4. One passenger name (only one is free anymore has to pay entry)

*Please have 1 representative to email me the full list instead of every single one emailing me.

Convoy is required to reach KL's Sepang Circuit on Saturday 11th Dec by 930am latest.

There will be a quick briefing for car group representatives next Wednesday at Gillman Village at 830pm.
