kw's v2

heard alot of good reviews on kw coilovers. i'm planning to get a set of kw's for my e90 325 with 18" rims
wat's the ideal setting for kw's v2 coilovers dampering rate.
don't track with the car. use it daily as my work horse. enjoy spirited driving but have my wife beside me at times.
any ideas on the front & rear, hard/soft setting. should it be the same or different.

All coilover is on the harsh side no matter how soft you set.

I'm on 5 front & 4 rear. 1 to 19, and 1 is the softest.
