Keep original paint or respray bumper.

Dear gurus, check.with you all ...

lets say the car bumper got scratches and crack like..no paint flake, is it better to just polish off or respray bumper...is is better to keep the original paint ?will the resprayed bumper have paint flake in a few months time?

Especially those spray workshop engaged by used car dealer. I am worried.

Best case option is have reputable shop remove whole bumper and prep + respray entirely and refit back.

I would try to keep original paint if the scratches are light scratches that can be polish off or touch up by paint marker sold by PML. If not, respray by reputable paintshop is your next best option.

I am going to have first-hand experience after CNY - polish cannot come off, so bo bian need to respray.
